Sahra visited us

Hey!
Days ago, Sahra, came to visit us at school. She told us many things about her holidays in the USA, she visited the Rushmore mountain (:
She's going to get married in 3 month! Manolo his boyfriend asked her for getting married kneeling down :) Precious story!

She'll visit us again in some weeks, we were very happy for seeing her again, after a very long summer.

Empire State of Mind (New York)

This is a song I listened two days ago in the radio before going to school. All the day the song was on my mind, I didn't know what was the name of the song, but I tried with New York and I found it :)

After a very hard week, studying, doing homework and being stressed out, it's time for having a great time.
Today I went with Raquel to walk, we bought some sweets and we continued walking. I had a great time, I laughed a lot.
I have to tell, that on Friday I felt down at the high school and today my knee hurts.
Next week, I have two tests, or maybe three, I'm a bit stressed but I should relax.
I'll try to write more often but it's a bit difficult.

Writing

I've always liked writing feelings, but I usually do in Spanish. Today I wanna do this in English.
Sometimes I feel people around me is insincere. They show their false face and then, they show their real face, I hate this, I don't like people to be so kind with you and then, when you don't expect it, they let you down.
But I'm sorry, that's the truth, in my 14 years' life, many things happened, many people I met. Some of them where false people. I don't know why they where like that.

Other friends, true friends, will always be with you, when you need help, and in bad moments they will be next to you trying to make your sad time better.

Thank you to all the false people around me, they have taught me whose are my true friends.
Of course, thank you to all my true friends, we argue but we are friends (:

El Internado

On Wednesday finished EL INTERNADO, this is a TV serie, one of my favourites. I started watching it in 2007 and after almost 4 years, it ended. I can't tell what is the serie about, because many things happened along 7 seasons.

Colombus day

Tomorrow, we are going to celebrate Colombus day. We celebrate when Colombus arrived to America. He arrived in America the 12th, october 1492.
In some places we celebrate it, in Spain as, "el día de la Hispanidad".
Christopher Colombus, tought he had arrived to " las Indias"  but he was wrong, he had discovered America.
Finally he died without knowing he had discovered America.

Spelling bee contest :)

Yesterday we finished our spelling bee contest. For me, it was interesting, we learnt some new words and we practised the English alphabet.
The winner was Laura! She did so well.
During the contest, some people before saying a letter, said "Ehh", they had to be eliminate. But it was funny, because when Maria, the teacher peohibit us to say "Eh", she said "Eh" when she was thinking. So, all the people in the class started laughing.

I hope another day we can do another spelling be contest, because while we're having fun playing, we are learning, and I think learning while having fun is important, makes shorter the time of learning.
